Create and publish recurring cleaning schedules in Janitorial Manager

Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
From the web portal, navigate to Customers > Manage Schedule, then select the Schedule subtab and click + Add Schedule
Fill in Customer and Location, Start/End Time, Notes, and pick a Schedule Type: Individual, Open (employees can claim it via JM Connect), or Team (managers clock in/out a crew)
Add at least one trained employee to Individual/Team schedules; only employees trained at that location are selectable
Optionally configure Advanced settings: Auto Clock-out hours, Flat Rate pay, Late In/Late Out alert thresholds, and a single Break Rule
Choose Save Draft to keep the schedule hidden from employees or Publish to make it visible on JM Connect and the Schedule Dashboards
Known gotchas
Employees cannot have two schedules with overlapping or identical start/end dates at the same location, though they can have same-date schedules at different locations
Draft schedules generate no notifications until manually published, which can silently delay coverage if forgotten
The Area tab (QR/NFC scan-based task scheduling) only applies to accounts using Area or Employee Scan features
