Steps

  1. From the web portal, navigate to Customers > Manage Schedule, then select the Schedule subtab and click + Add Schedule
  2. Fill in Customer and Location, Start/End Time, Notes, and pick a Schedule Type: Individual, Open (employees can claim it via JM Connect), or Team (managers clock in/out a crew)
  3. Add at least one trained employee to Individual/Team schedules; only employees trained at that location are selectable
  4. Optionally configure Advanced settings: Auto Clock-out hours, Flat Rate pay, Late In/Late Out alert thresholds, and a single Break Rule
  5. Choose Save Draft to keep the schedule hidden from employees or Publish to make it visible on JM Connect and the Schedule Dashboards
