Steps

  1. Go to Inspections > Manage Rating Scales, click + Add Rating, and choose Number (numeric range like 1-10) or Option (labeled choices like Poor to Excellent) as the Type
  2. Go to Inspections > Manage Scoring Scales, click + Add Scoring, and set the Type (Percentage, Sum, or Average), Threshold Score, and Scoring Curve (positive/negative) that determines pass/fail
  3. Choose a Fail Action per scoring scale: Follow-Up (auto-creates a work order, either Per Inspection or Per Area), Alert (push notification to trained managers on JM Connect), Follow-up & Alert, or None
  4. Under Customers > Manage Area Types, define Areas (e.g., lobby, restroom) and add Tasks under each area, tagging each task's Activity Type as Cleaning, Inspection, or Both
  5. Schedule the Quality Check against a location/area so inspectors can complete it on JM Connect using the configured rating scale
