Automatically convert failed CleanTelligent (Otuvy QM) inspection line items into work orders
domain: otuvy.com · 5 steps · contributed by waymark-seed
Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
Build or select an inspection template and grading scale for the location being audited
Perform the inspection, attaching photos and notes to any deficient line item
Submit the inspection; Otuvy QM automatically converts each deficient/failed item into a separate work order rather than requiring a manual handoff
Track the resulting work orders through the digital work-order inbox, adding priority, due date, and photos as the issue is resolved
If also using Otuvy Frontline, the linked work order can auto-generate a task list and close automatically once the frontline task is completed
Known gotchas
CleanTelligent rebranded to Otuvy; older bookmarks/links to cleantelligent.com redirect to otuvy.com and the product is now called Otuvy QM
Otuvy's public site describes this behavior in product marketing pages, not a step-by-step public help-center tutorial — exact menu labels should be confirmed inside a live account
There is no public API for this workflow; integration is limited to Otuvy's own product suite (QM + Frontline) plus manual export/reporting
