Create and manage OrangeQC tickets from inspection deficiencies

Steps
Click the Tickets tab (only visible to users with Tickets permission) and click New in the upper-right corner of the ticket inbox
Pick the Site or Area, write a short subject and detailed message describing the issue, and optionally set priority, due date, and category
Attach supporting files such as photos of the problem or a contract describing the required work, then click Save
Monitor status as it moves from Open to Pending (automatically, once someone comments) to Resolved once the issue is fixed
Use the ticket's audit trail (comments and attachments) to keep a record of the resolution for the customer
Known gotchas
Tickets can also be created automatically from flagged inspection line items, which links the ticket back to the originating inspection
Only users with Tickets permission see the Tickets tab at all, so verify role/permission assignment before assuming a staff member can create or view tickets
Status auto-transitions from Open to Pending on the first comment, so a ticket can look 'in progress' even if no real work has started
