Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
Open the Inspections tab and use the top filters to narrow by date range, site, inspection type, or inspector
Click Filters to further narrow by inspection form, tags, list selections, or team-member area access
Click Export in the upper-right corner to download the current view as a PDF or spreadsheet (CSV/Excel)
Open an individual inspection and scroll to the bottom for per-inspection export/edit/delete options and to view the linked ticket
For recurring BI needs beyond manual export, use the (Enterprise-only, Private Beta) Integration API to automate periodic CSV delivery into Power BI or a similar tool
Known gotchas
Standard export from the Inspections tab is a manual PDF/CSV download, not an automated feed — only the separately-gated Integration API automates delivery
Exported data respects whatever filters were active on screen, so a stale filter can silently produce an incomplete export
Rating options (Percentage, Number Picker, List, Points) affect how scores appear in exports, so rating-type changes can change report column structure over time
