Steps
Confirm eligibility: OrangeQC's Integration API is in limited Private Beta for Enterprise Teams only, and OrangeQC configures connectors on your behalf rather than exposing self-serve API keys
Provide OrangeQC with an API endpoint (URL) that can accept an inbound POST request and respond with a 200 status
Provide an allowed API key; OrangeQC will send this key back in the x-api-key header of every request to that endpoint so you can validate the caller
OrangeQC runs a scheduled export (typically daily or weekly, off-peak) and POSTs a payload containing account, report_type (e.g. inspections, inspection_items), and a signed S3 report_url
Download the CSV from the signed report_url promptly and load it into your destination system (e.g., Power BI, MS Dynamics), since the URL expires after 24 hours
Known gotchas
This is push-based batch CSV export, not a queryable REST API — there is no documented endpoint for on-demand pulls
The feature is explicitly Private Beta and Enterprise-only, so most OrangeQC accounts cannot self-enable it and must contact OrangeQC support
Downloaded report_url files expire in 24 hours, so the receiving endpoint must fetch and persist the CSV promptly or data is lost
