Confirm every column is anchored by a minimum of four anchor rods per 1926.755(a)(1).
Verify the column-to-base-plate weld and foundation design resist a minimum eccentric gravity load of 300 lb located 18 inches from the outer column face in each direction at the top of the column shaft, per 1926.755(a)(2).
Check that columns are set on level finished floors, pre-grouted leveling plates, leveling nuts, or shim packs adequate to transfer construction loads, per 1926.755(a)(3).
Cross-reference the anchor rod pattern on approved erection/foundation drawings against as-built foundation conditions before hoisting the column.
