Steps

  1. Set up a KONE API Portal Sandbox application and obtain an Operational APIs access token as in the equipment-status workflow
  2. Identify the target equipment's KONE Equipment Number (KEN)
  3. Call 'Get elevator movement event' for car movement history, 'Elevator-door-button-events' for door and landing-call-button activity, or 'Escalator-event' for escalator direction/speed/braking-distance history
  4. Parse the returned events, keeping in mind each endpoint returns only the last saved event(s), not a full time-series log
