  1. Create a KONE API Portal Sandbox application and obtain CLIENT_ID/CLIENT_SECRET as with other KONE Experience APIs
  2. Request an access token from Authentication API v2 scoped to the target building/group
  3. Open the Elevator WebSocket API v2 connection and subscribe to the Site Monitoring API's real-time topic for the building
  4. Read streamed events for lift status, call state, deck (car) position, and door state as elevators move
