Steps
Confirm the multiple-lift assembly will hoist a maximum of five members per lift, and that only beams and similar structural members (not decking bundles or joists) are lifted this way, per 1926.753(e).
Verify every employee involved in the multiple lift has been trained on the procedure per 1926.761(c) before the lift begins.
Rig members to the assembly from the top down, attaching each member at its center of gravity so it hangs reasonably level, with members spaced at least 7 feet apart.
Set members from the bottom up once aloft, and use controlled load lowering whenever a load passes over connectors.
