Generate an API token from the API section of your regrid.com account profile
Query by point: GET app.regrid.com/api/v2/parcels/point?lat=<lat>&lon=<lon>&token=YOUR_TOKEN to retrieve the parcel containing a coordinate
Query by address or APN using the search endpoints documented at support.regrid.com/api/parcel-api-endpoints for cases without exact coordinates
Parse the returned GeoJSON Feature Collection for standardized fields (owner, zoning, acreage, addresses) across the 120+ schema attributes
Respect the rate limit (roughly 200 requests/minute, 10 concurrent) when batch-processing a multi-parcel project list
Known gotchas
