Steps
Get an API token from your Account Profile at app.regrid.com
Call GET/POST https://app.regrid.com/api/v2/parcels/query?fields[<field>][<op>]=<value>&token=<token>, e.g. fields[ll_gisacre][eq]=1000.2426 to filter by acreage
Bound the search by geoid, state2+county, path, or a GeoJSON geometry covering the timberland tract
Paginate results using offset_id=<ogc_fid> and limit (default 20, max 1000)
Parse the GeoJSON FeatureCollection response, one Feature per parcel with attributes in properties
Check remaining usage via the free Account Usage endpoint before large bulk pulls
Known gotchas
Billing is per parcel record returned, not per API request, so broad queries can be costly
Rate limit is roughly 200 requests/min or 10 concurrent, else you get 429 responses
Ownership/timberland attributes vary heavily in completeness and accuracy by county, depending on the source assessor's data quality
