Steps Query the Available Change Versions resource to capture the current maximum change version On first sync, record this value as the baseline for the next incremental run On subsequent syncs, request each resource with minChangeVersion set to the last recorded baseline and maxChangeVersion set to the new current version Combine change version parameters with offset/limit paging to retrieve all matching records across multiple calls Persist the new maximum change version as the baseline for the next sync cycle
Known gotchas Change versions are a sequential long integer, not a timestamp — do not substitute a last-modified date for these parameters A single change-version window can span more records than one page returns, so paging must continue until the window is exhausted
