3. Define the required maintenance program (cleaning chemicals to avoid, re-burnishing/recoat frequency) as a condition of any wear-related warranty coverage, since improper maintenance chemicals or neglect commonly void gloss/wear warranties.
4. State clearly what the warranty does and does not cover, distinguishing workmanship/adhesion of the applied densifier or coating from underlying slab cracking, curling, or moisture-related issues outside the polishing contractor's control.
