Steps

  1. In ShipCompliant, go to Settings > Users > Add User and create a dedicated web service user: First Name 'FedEx', Last Name 'WebServices', email in the form FedEx@YourSupplier.com, a password, Role Type 'Web Service User', and Associated Partner 'FedEx'.
  2. Go to Settings > Account Settings > Fulfillment Settings.
  3. Set the FedEx ShipManager Integration Mode dropdown to 'Integrated' and save.
  4. Scroll down and select the 'In-house FedEx' checkbox.
  5. Check 'I have read the above terms of use' and click Save Information.
  6. After completing these ShipCompliant-side steps, contact FedEx directly to complete configuration within the FedEx ShipManager software itself — the integration requires setup on both sides.
