Steps
Have a WinTeam administrator create eHub Roles, selecting whether each Role is for Employee Self-Service (ESS) or Customer Self-Service (CSS) in the Module list
Assign security groups/permissions to each eHub Role to control which employee or client data is visible
New employees register in eHub by entering their User ID (Employee Number) and authenticate the first time using their birthdate and Social Security Number
Employees use eHub/TeamTime Portal to view schedules and pay stub information, submit time-off requests, and view job-related info; approved time-off automatically pulls them from the schedule and posts to the Absence Tracker and HR Benefits Tracker
Supervisors use elevated eHub roles to manage job and employee information and review submitted personnel requests
Known gotchas
eHub is a paid add-on to the core WinTeam ERP, not a feature bundled by default
First-time registration requires the employee's SSN and birthdate for identity verification, which has privacy/compliance handling implications
The primary WinTeam documentation site is JS-rendered and blocked direct fetch verification in this research pass — grounding here relies on search-result summaries, not a confirmed page render, so verify exact field names in a live eHub admin console
