Steps
In the NXT portal, go to Memberships and edit each plan that should be visible to Rinsed.
In Membership Settings, toggle Active Services ON for each plan being exposed to the API.
Create a $0 Wash Package named 'Pause Plan' with an empty controller code, available at all sites.
Create a companion $0.01 membership tied to Pause Plan redemption settings, leaving Show in Customer Portal OFF.
Test how the tunnel controller handles the empty controller code, since some default to the wash's Default service, and train attendants to watch for Pause Plan entries on the tunnel screen.
Known gotchas
If a car exits the gate queue without triggering the gate loop, NXT can throw a 'Car Stuck In Queue' error that must be cleared via the Nxtwash Kiosk Admin Panel.
Because Pause Plan is treated as an Active Membership, it will open the gate automatically — attendants must be trained to prevent a free wash from being redeemed.
