Confirm the applicable section for the adopted IRC edition (e.g., N1101.14 in the 2018 IRC; renumbered to N1101.10.1 in the 2021 IRC)
For blown or sprayed materials without a visible manufacturer R-value mark, complete the certificate documenting installed thickness, settled thickness, settled R-value, installed density, coverage area, and bag count (fiberglass/cellulose) or installed thickness and R-value (SPF)
