Steps
In Xactimate Admin (accessed via the Products icon > Xactimate Admin), open the Instances page and select the Integrated Services tab.
Click the Encircle row, enable the Interior Walls checkbox in the side panel, and click Next.
Enter any text in the Notes field (required to proceed) and click Confirm to enable Encircle's third-party integration in your Xactimate instance.
In Encircle, locate your XactNet Address under your profile information before continuing.
As an Encircle admin, go to Settings > Organization Settings > Integrations, toggle on the Xactimate integration, click Add, name the integration, and enter the portion of your XactNet address after the @ symbol, then Save.
Known gotchas
You must complete the Xactimate Admin side (enabling the Integrated Service) before the Encircle-side toggle will function correctly.
Only the last segment of the XactNet address (after the @) is entered in Encircle, not the full address — entering the full string is a common setup error.
This integration touches insurance-estimating data flow between Xactimate and Encircle; confirm your organization's XactNet account is the correct one before connecting, since multiple Xact accounts can be linked.
