Steps
Complete the Xactimate integration setup in Encircle first (enable Integrated Services in Xactimate Admin and connect your XactNet address in Encircle).
In Encircle, open the claim containing the floor plan you want to send to Xactimate.
Use the floor plan export/send action to push the sketch to Xactimate via the connected XactNet integration.
In Xactimate, open the corresponding estimate and use the third-party import option to bring in the Encircle floor plan, either as a native floor plan or as an underlay for tracing.
Verify room dimensions and wall data imported correctly before continuing the estimate.
Known gotchas
Floor plans can be imported as either a full floor plan or an 'underlay' for manual tracing — picking the wrong mode means geometry may not map to Xactimate's estimating line items correctly.
The integration must be enabled on both the Xactimate Admin side and the Encircle side, or the import option will not appear.
