Steps
Authenticate with x-buildium-client-id and x-buildium-client-secret headers
Call GET /v1/associations/appliances to list appliances tracked at the association level
Call GET /v1/associations/appliances/{applianceId} for a single appliance's detail
Call GET /v1/associations/appliances/{applianceId}/servicehistory to list service events
Use the corresponding servicehistory/{serviceHistoryId} endpoint to retrieve or update one service record
Known gotchas
Appliance service history is a separate nested resource from the appliance record itself, so listing appliances alone will not surface maintenance history
Appliance tracking here is association-level common-area equipment, distinct from unit-level rental appliance data elsewhere in the API
