  1. Authenticate by sending the x-buildium-client-id and x-buildium-client-secret headers on every request
  2. Call GET /v1/associations/owners to list association owners, optionally filtered by status (Active, Past, Future)
  3. Call GET /v1/associations/owners/{ownerId} to retrieve a single owner record
