Steps
Set up generic snow-specific schedule managers (e.g., a 'Snow Manager North' contact) so winter routes can be viewed on their own Scheduling Board, separate from the manager's regular-season view.
On the Route screen, place each snow route in the Snow division — routes must belong to the Snow division or their properties won't appear in the Crew Mobile App's Snow Mode.
Add properties to each snow route and set a display order, then add the specific services (e.g., plowing vs. shoveling) the crew on that route is equipped to perform.
Establish snow contracts as either As Needed services (Range/Per-Occurrence or Time & Materials billing) for unpredictable snowfall, or Seasonal Snow Contracts with one work ticket covering visits across the whole season.
At the start of snow season, enable Snow Mode so crew leaders can log into the Crew Mobile App in Snow Mode and see the property list (Routes Method) instead of individually scheduled work tickets.
Known gotchas
Routes that aren't explicitly assigned to the Snow division stay invisible in Crew Mobile's Snow Mode even when the crew and properties are otherwise fully configured.
The Routes Method shows crew leaders a property list to pick services from in the field; this is a different setup path from the Events Method's mass-scheduled ticket list, so pick one approach deliberately since the configuration steps diverge.
