Steps
Before the season, preconfigure routes and visit-sequence numbers for each snow-depth service tier (e.g., 1-3 in., 4-8 in.) from the Schedule an Event screen so mass-scheduling during a storm is fast.
On the Scheduling Board, select the relevant manager (often a generic one like 'Snow Manager North'), then choose Schedule an Event from the More drop-down menu.
Use the Filter panel to narrow the service list to a specific snow-depth service, and use the Display option to group results by Service.
Select the matching opportunity services and use Bulk Actions > Set Route and Sequence # to assign them to a route (e.g., a plow-truck route vs. a shoveling crew's route).
Click into each individual service line to set its Sequence # in the desired visit order, starting at 10 or higher rather than 1-9 to avoid the list sorting like 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 20.
When a storm is confirmed, trigger the mass-scheduling from the preconfigured event so work tickets are generated in bulk and appear on the Scheduling Board and in Crew Mobile.
Known gotchas
Sequence numbers under 10 sort inconsistently in the routing list (e.g., 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 20...) — start numbering at 10+ to keep visit order correct.
Setting the Sequence # is done one property/service line at a time by clicking into it; only the route assignment itself supports bulk selection.
