Retrieve and update appointment schedule data via the ezyVet API

Steps

1. Authenticate and obtain a bearer token per ezyVet's OAuth2 flow.
2. Call the appointments endpoint to list upcoming bookings for a date range or resource.
3. Filter results by consult type, resource, or status to build a scheduling view.
4. Create or update appointment records through the corresponding endpoints for booking changes.
5. Respect the 60 calls/minute throttle when polling for schedule changes.
