Register for the NCR Voyix Business Services Platform sandbox and obtain API credentials through the NCR Voyix developer portal for the Restaurant APIs
Authenticate to the NCR Voyix API using the credential and token flow documented in the developer portal, scoping the token to the labor and employee API resources
Query employee records for the target location using the appropriate NCR Voyix restaurant API endpoint to retrieve employee names, roles, and identifiers
Pull shift schedule data for a specified date range using the labor or scheduling endpoint; map NCR Voyix shift fields (employee ID, role, start time, end time, location) to the schema required by your scheduling system
Push the retrieved schedule data into the third-party labor scheduling platform via its API or import mechanism, performing field transformation as needed
Set up a regular sync cadence (for example, nightly) to keep the scheduling platform in sync with Aloha Cloud; handle conflicts such as shift edits made directly in Aloha after the last sync by using a modified-since filter if the API supports it
