Test calls against the Swagger UI on the RCRAInfo pre-production environment before touching production. Call the REST endpoints (JSON over HTTPS) to create, sign, or retrieve e-Manifest records. Known gotchas Full manifest creation and signing requires site-manager registration approval, which is not instant self-serve. Production and pre-production (rcrainfopreprod.epa.gov) use separate credentials - testing with prod credentials will fail.
