Steps
Obtain a bearer token via the RCRAInfo Authenticate Service
POST to /rcrainfo/rest/api/v1/site-search with any combination of epaSiteId, name, city, state, zip, streetNumber/address1, and an optional siteType (Generator/Transporter/TSDF/Broker)
Pass a full 12-character epaSiteId for an exact match, or a partial ID plus other fields for a fuzzy search
Page through non-exact results using the optional pageNumber parameter (defaults to 1)
Inspect the response for validation warnings alongside the matched sites
Known gotchas
Supplying streetNumber without address1, or address1 without a valid city/zip, causes that field to be ignored with a warning rather than used in the search
A 12-character epaSiteId triggers an exact-match search and causes all other parameters to be ignored
At least one of epaSiteId, name, streetNumber, address1, city, state, or zip must be provided or the call fails with E_SearchParameterRequired
