Archive and download recorded video from an Eagle Eye Networks camera via the API

Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
Authenticate via OAuth 2.0 to obtain an access token
Identify the camera/device ID and the desired time range for the recording
Call the archiving endpoint to create a video archive job for that range
Poll the Managed Archives interface until the archive job completes
Use the Transferring Archived Files guide to download the resulting media file
Known gotchas
Archiving is asynchronous — downloading immediately after requesting an archive, before it's ready, fails or returns partial media
Media authentication follows a dedicated best-practices flow distinct from general API auth; reusing a plain access token on streaming/download URLs can be rejected
