Request API access and receive Manheim API credentials through the Developer Portal's access-request process
Authenticate and obtain a temporary token, as with other Manheim API calls
Call the Marketplace API's valuations endpoint, which returns wholesale prices based on the Manheim Market Report
Pass the vehicle identification (VIN or year/make/model/trim) required by the valuations call
Cache MMR values appropriately since wholesale market valuations update on Manheim's own refresh cadence, not on every call
