Steps

  1. After a write to an elastic table, capture the x-ms-session-token header returned by the Web API response.
  2. Include that session token on subsequent read requests within the same logical session to get strong consistency for your own writes.
  3. Without supplying the session token, reads against elastic tables may not immediately reflect your most recent writes.
  4. Every elastic table also carries an automatic ttlinseconds column that can expire records after the configured time.
