3. Separately enroll staff in an OSHA-authorized 10-Hour General Industry outreach course, which introduces general workplace hazard-recognition concepts appropriate for frontline workers (distinct from the 30-hour course aimed at supervisors)
4. Sequence training so safety fundamentals (OSHA 10-Hour) and task-specific cleaning skills (CITS) reinforce each other rather than duplicating content
