Integrate multiple promotional-apparel suppliers' product, inventory, and order data through the PromoStandards REST API (PSRESTful)

Steps

1. Create a distributor account with PSRESTful (no credit card required for read-only access) and generate an API key from the dashboard
2. Use the shared API key alone for read-only services — product data, media content, and public inventory across 500+ PromoStandards-compliant suppliers
3. Add your specific supplier credentials to unlock transactional services — Purchase Orders, Order Status, Shipment Notifications, and Invoices — since those require per-supplier authorization
4. Query product data, pricing, and inventory using consistent REST/JSON endpoints instead of implementing each supplier's native SOAP/XML PromoStandards service individually
5. Submit purchase orders and poll shipment-notification/invoice endpoints once supplier credentials are attached to your account
