Deploy DataXchange to collect machine data from CNC controls via MTConnect, OPC UA, Modbus TCP, or proprietary protocols (FANUC, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Siemens, etc.)
Use the DataXchange RESTful web services API to retrieve already-collected OEE/utilization/downtime data after the fact
Point BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) at the API to compare actual production against ERP-planned values
