Authenticate with Sabre's token endpoint using your client credentials to obtain a bearer token scoped to the desired point-of-sale
Call the Sabre Bargain Finder Max or equivalent Offers endpoint with origin, destination, dates, and passenger details to retrieve priced flight offers
Select an offer and call the Sabre Offers Price or equivalent repricing endpoint to validate and lock the price before order creation
Submit an Order Create request with the priced offer reference, passenger name details, contact data, and payment information
Parse the order creation response for the Sabre PNR locator, ticket numbers, and any queue placement instructions; store these for post-booking service
Known gotchas
Sabre NDC capabilities are surfaced through their REST APIs but GDS-side rules (PCC configuration, ticketing authorities) still apply — work with your Sabre account team to ensure your PCC is enabled for NDC orders
Sabre environments (certification vs production) require separate credentials and base URLs; test flows thoroughly in certification before switching
Order synchronization between Sabre NDC orders and legacy PNR views may not be immediate — allow for propagation delay before querying via other Sabre tools
