Steps
From the claim inbox in the Encircle web app, identify two claim records that represent the same job or loss.
Open the primary claim you want to keep, and use the merge claims action available from the claim's settings/options menu.
Select the duplicate claim to merge into the primary claim.
Confirm the merge; Encircle consolidates photos, notes, and documentation from both claims into the single surviving claim record.
Verify the merged claim's photo count, floor plans, and notes reflect data from both original claims before closing out the duplicate.

Merging is typically irreversible, so confirm which claim should be the 'primary' survivor before merging.
