  2. Call GET https://yourcustomerdatabase.cincsys.com/api/management/{mgmtId}/AgedBalances
  3. Parse CurrentBalance, ThirtyDayBalance, SixtyDayBalance, and NinetyDayBalance per property
  4. Aggregate by txtAssocCode to roll up delinquency totals per association
  5. Schedule a recurring pull to feed dues aging reports without duplicating data on each run
