Monitor Checkmate's dashboard for order errors, item mapping failures, and injection rejections; resolve unmapped items by updating POS menu mappings

Checkmate is a managed integration service, not a self-serve API; access requires a direct commercial relationship and technical onboarding with the Checkmate team
Item mapping between delivery platform item IDs and POS PLUs must be maintained manually or via Checkmate's mapping UI; mismatches cause order injection failures
Checkmate supports 50+ POS systems but each POS has its own integration nuances; test each supported POS variant thoroughly in the sandbox before production rollout
