Handle non-root permissions when a Railway service container writes to an attached volume

Documented steps

  1. Identify the service image; if it runs as a non-root UID (many distroless/official images do), the volume write fails with permission errors.
  2. Set the environment variable `RAILWAY_RUN_UID=0` on the service so the container runs as root and can write to the volume.
  3. Redeploy the service and verify writes to the mount path succeed (e.g. `railway volume files list /` or read the app log).
