  1. Export `RAILWAY_TOKEN`; POST to https://backboard.railway.com/graphql/v2.
  2. Identify the volumeInstanceBackupId and its volumeInstanceId.
  3. Run: `mutation volumeInstanceBackupLock($volumeInstanceBackupId: String!, $volumeInstanceId: String!){ volumeInstanceBackupLock(volumeInstanceBackupId: $volumeInstanceBackupId, volumeInstanceId: $volumeInstanceId) }` with both ids.
  4. Verify expiresAt no longer advances/gets pruned (backup is held).
