Register as a connectivity partner in Google Hotel Center and link the hotel list that maps your property IDs to Google hotel IDs
Before enabling ARI pricing mode, send a Transaction (Property Data) message to define room types and package configurations for each property
Send OTA_HotelRateAmountNotifRQ messages to define nightly rates and OTA_HotelAvailNotifRQ messages to push availability and restrictions; both are required before prices appear
Optionally send OTA_HotelInvCountNotifRQ to define physical room inventory counts separate from booking availability
Keep individual OTA_HotelRateAmountNotifRQ message files under 5 MB and observe the recommended upload rate limit when pushing feeds
Verify that rates appear correctly in Google Hotel Center and that the property is listed as an active metasearch advertiser to participate in Free Booking Links
Known gotchas
All four ARI message types (Transaction, OTA_HotelRateAmountNotifRQ, OTA_HotelAvailNotifRQ, and optionally OTA_HotelInvCountNotifRQ) must be sent before prices surface; omitting any required type results in no display price for that property
Google Hotel Center ARI mode is push-based; Google does not poll for updates, so you must proactively push changes whenever rates or availability change rather than waiting for a query
Free Booking Links require being an active metasearch advertiser in Hotel Center; setting up the ARI feed alone without confirming advertiser status means the property will not appear in the free links module
