  1. Complete Network Manager setup, physical station installation, and power connection before starting the activation/commissioning forms
  2. Have the field technician energize each station and use the Installer App to pinpoint its location by MAC address, then photograph the station and wiring for ChargePoint's validation onto the Network Operating System
  3. For any DC fast charging product, schedule ChargePoint-managed commissioning at least two weeks in advance of the install date; a rescheduling fee applies inside the 72-hour window
  4. Confirm the Commissioning Engineer completes station pairing, activation, and cloud configuration before marking the site live to the public/network
