Log into ForeUP at foreupsoftware.com/index.php/login with the course's staff credentials
Dismiss the 'ForeUP Printer Extension' prompt if it appears, then select the Pro Shop (or primary) terminal
Open the Home dropdown and navigate to App Store, then browse Newest Apps or All Integrations to find the target integration
Click the integration's icon and use the 'Request Integration' button in the pop-up to submit the activation request
Wait for foreUP or the integration partner to process the request — activation is not instant self-service
