Steps
Reference foreUP's API reference (hosted on Apiary at foreup.docs.apiary.io) for the current request/response contract before building
Have the course log into ForeUP and open the App Store from the Home dropdown to find your integration's listing
Submit a 'Request Integration' from the App Store so foreUP can activate the connection for that specific course — activation is per-course, not global
Once approved, match your internal Course IDs to each foreUP location, since foreUP assigns IDs per course rather than a single global identifier
Schedule your sync job (pulling sales data, pushing third-party bookings) at a frequency the course agrees to, treating the foreUP tee sheet as the system of record
Known gotchas
Integration is opt-in per course — building it once does not mean every foreUP course has it enabled; each course must individually request/approve it in their own App Store
foreUP's public Apiary docs page requires JavaScript to render, so headless/scripted fetches of the reference will return an empty shell rather than the spec
Course ID matching is manual per foreUP account; a booking pushed with a mismatched Course ID lands against the wrong location without an obvious error
