Steps
Go to Main Settings > Developer > Webhooks in the Storeganise operations portal (manager-level access is required)
Click the + button to create a new webhook and supply your callback URL
Select the event types to subscribe to - unit move-in initiation/confirmation/submission, unit reservation/occupancy/blocking/unassignment/archival, valet order cancellation, rental overdue, and site/business settings updates are all available
Use the webhook payloads to trigger downstream actions, such as creating an invoice in accounting software or firing a custom payment attempt

Known gotchas
Only users with manager-level access can view or configure the Developer > Webhooks settings - a standard staff login will not see this menu
Webhooks cover operational/lifecycle events (move-ins, unit status, overdue rent) rather than every possible data change - don't assume every field update fires a webhook
Storeganise sends confirmation emails automatically on its own side for many of these same events, so a custom webhook consumer duplicating that notification needs to avoid double-messaging tenants
