Steps

  1. Go to Main Settings > Developer > Webhooks in the Storeganise operations portal (manager-level access is required)
  2. Click the + button to create a new webhook and supply your callback URL
  3. Select the event types to subscribe to - unit move-in initiation/confirmation/submission, unit reservation/occupancy/blocking/unassignment/archival, valet order cancellation, rental overdue, and site/business settings updates are all available
  4. Use the webhook payloads to trigger downstream actions, such as creating an invoice in accounting software or firing a custom payment attempt
  5. Review the API best-practices article for guidance on handling retries and idempotent processing of webhook deliveries
