Steps

  1. Confirm your SmartMoving account is on the Premium API tier — webhooks are not available on the Basic tier
  2. In SmartMoving, go to Settings > Integrations > SmartMoving API > Webhooks > Add New Webhook
  3. Enter the callback URL that should receive event payloads
  4. Select which event categories to subscribe to (leads, jobs, payments, documents, customers, etc.)
  5. Consult the Webhook Document in the SmartMoving API Developer Portal for the exact payload schema per event type before mapping fields downstream
