Steps Confirm your SmartMoving account is on the Premium API tier — webhooks are not available on the Basic tier In SmartMoving, go to Settings > Integrations > SmartMoving API > Webhooks > Add New Webhook Enter the callback URL that should receive event payloads Select which event categories to subscribe to (leads, jobs, payments, documents, customers, etc.) Consult the Webhook Document in the SmartMoving API Developer Portal for the exact payload schema per event type before mapping fields downstream
Known gotchas Webhooks require the Premium API tier; Basic-tier accounts can only pull data for reporting, not configure webhooks or push data in Payload structure is documented separately per event type — don't assume all event types share one schema
