Build a distance/time Matrix for technician service territories using the WorkWave Routing Engine API

Steps
Authenticate against the WWRE API
Submit the set of locations (depot plus customer stops) to the Matrix API
Retrieve the resulting distance/time matrix between all location pairs
Use the matrix as an input to territory planning or the Optimization/Schedules API
Refresh the matrix periodically as the customer base or territory changes
Known gotchas
The Matrix API is a distinct resource set from the Optimization and Schedules APIs, so it must be called separately even though its output feeds optimization requests
Large service territories with many stops increase matrix computation size quickly since it grows pairwise, affecting call cost and performance
