  1. Using an authorized access token from the OAuth flow, call GET /api/homeappliances/{haId}/programs/active to see the currently running program on the customer's appliance
  2. Call GET /api/homeappliances/{haId}/programs/active/options to retrieve the specific option values for that program, e.g. selected temperature, remaining time, spin speed
  3. Compare the reported cycle/options against what the customer describes to verify the complaint, such as a cycle that never finishes versus normal remaining-time countdown behavior
  4. Log the retrieved program name and options snapshot as pre-visit diagnostic evidence in the work order
