Steps

  1. Confirm the Tap Inspect account has ISN integration enabled in its integration settings.
  2. Link the Tap Inspect account to the ISN company key so incoming orders can be matched.
  3. Place or receive an inspection order in ISN as usual.
  4. Verify a matching Tap Inspect report is created automatically with property address, inspection date/time, client, and agent fields pre-filled.
  5. If publishing to HomeBinder, enable it from the Tap Inspect web account so it appears as a recipient option in the mobile app.
