Steps
In ISN, go to Settings > My Access Keys and copy the Company Key, Access Key (or username), and Secret Key (or password).
In the HomeGauge Dashboard, open Account Settings > HomeGauge Partners and select "Inspection Support Network Settings (ISN)".
Enter the ISN Company Key, User Key, and User Secret Key, then toggle ISN Integration on and save.
Make sure the inspector is logged into ISN as themselves, not impersonating another user, so the correct access key is generated.
Run HG Services > Download Online Appointments in HomeGauge to pull footprints/appointments from ISN.
Known gotchas
Each inspector must log in with their own username and password; an office manager cannot pull all inspectors' jobs through a single login.
A large backlog of outstanding jobs can make the download slow or cause timeouts; clearing older footprints from HomeGauge helps.
